I love the food which is why I ordered bc I’m disabled and can’t go often. . But I’d never order from the down town one again. You should not be rude and condescending on the phone with customers, without even allowing them to respond just repeating the same thing over and over again…..for making a mistake caused BY THE APP that you’re aware of and have not fixed. The woman who took our order was amazing! The restaurant is beautiful and very welcoming. The steak and cheese was HORRIBLE. It the meat was a strange hamburger that was oddly sweet. It was such a mess

Stopped here for lunch Was able to find parking just down the road. Place was really clean, service was excellent. Good selection of beer, hoagie was tasty and full size. Would come back

Employees bought lunch, portion sizes are small for $15. Like the salads were in the smallest togo container they make. Easily a $75 order. One employee specifically requested no onion on a steak salad because she’s can’t have them and they put onions on it. This is why the business is poor at this location. Never again will this office order from them
