This place is an absolute disaster. Lived there for two years with my fiancé turned wife. Agreed with ownership and James E Hanson management (most clueless LLC I’ve ever worked with in any industry) that the lease would be ended one month early due to a new work opportunity. And we had these conversation with ample time in advance for them to prepare. I was told I wouldn’t be charged and it wouldn’t affect the security deposit.
