They never seem to answer their phones. I was even calling to try and pay them some past bill.
Closed at 4pm instead of 5, even though I had an appointment at 4. No reschedule no notice on door. Not answering phones.
Worst Dental office I went to. Nobody answers when you call, dental plan quotation was not provided but promised and get you to pay for "office visit" when you're there.
Wonderful experience! I had a lot of work done and more to come. I'm very pleased! Dr T. ROCKS and her staff are amazing. Thank you♡♡♡
Very poor customer service. No answering calls or reply to emails.
