Data came out and did my appraisal on a Tuesday and said the report would be in my lenders hand by Friday morning three days. I called them Monday and they said it wouldn’t be ready until next Friday. So there was a lie. In my 40 years of owning a home I’ve had about 5-6 appraisals and none of them have taken more than 72 hours, most of the time it’s less than 48 hours.
