I worked here from 2006 to the end of 2007. Worst experience of my life. The owner, Greg, is a condescending A-Hole. He will demean your abilities, and tell you that you do not know how to do something unless he tells you that you know how to do something. The bonus program in unrealistic, and unbotainable that is unless Greg wants you to make bonus. Greg would constantly take a dive on big jobs then yell at us because there was no business. The best around!
Very professional and provided my customer excellent customer service. Tech communicated well with me, made sure the system was working correctly and I was able to take over for remote support to complete the job. I would like to add my customer is a physician and professionalism was very important to me as they were a sub representative of my company as well. Great job! Highly recommend.
