I canceled my Datamaster subscription in early February 2021. In March 2021, last week, I was billed the full amount in two charges: $105.70 and $20. I called and spoke to a representative from the billing department, Ray, who expressed his concern and said he'd transfer me to the accounting department to make sure my subscription was canceled and to issue a refund for this month. I've been a fee appraiser for 20 years. I was looking for away to speed my time in the chair. Datamaster tells you at the beginning, their service will save you at least 30 minutes per report. I tried the service and found that is not the case. By the time you monkey around trying to get the info in the report using their service you could have entered it in manually in the same amount of time. In addition, they tell you can cancel any time. But they leave out the part where they are going to ding your CC twice for $49.00. F... read more
