I brought my laptop and printer into Dan's shop the day before Thanksgiving. After a Windows update ran the day before, a message said there was a problem and to reload Windows. Our laptop also would not recognize our printer. Me being "digitally handicapped" was afraid to really mess something up, trying myself. I would have liked to give Dan a good rating but after going to his shop two days in a row, he left for LUNCH both times, leaving me and my daughter hanging. I do not like to bad mouth people, but this is NOT the guy you want working on your computer. Dance fix my laptop where a couple of other people that run line said they could do it and they did not. He put a new hard drive in it which I suspect that it needed now with runs like a Swiss watch. It was fixed within 2 days and the price was more than reasonable. He also is a really nice person
