I brought my laptop and printer into Dan's shop the day before Thanksgiving. After a Windows update ran the day before, a message said there was a problem and to reload Windows. Our laptop also would not recognize our printer. Me being "digitally handicapped" was afraid to really mess something up, trying myself.
