Databazaar shipped me the wrong product. Documentation indicated that it was totally their fault, and their responsibility. Weeks of attempted communication on my part yielded up neither the product I had ordered, or a refund. Unable to get resolution from DataBazaar, I finally applied to my credit card company for a partial refund. I am, frankly, surprised that this company is still in business. They are irresponsible and unethical.

The customer contacted us through chat, on 06.24.2016 indicating that she might have received an incorrect item. The chat was answered promptly by Ginger in our Customer Support Dept. On probing further she found that we have shipped the exact item that the customer had ordered and the customer might have erroneously ordered the item that she did not intend to purchase.
