I agree the staff is friendly BUT just know once your files are there you can't get them out without paying super high fees. Unreasonable fees to delete files from there database. Intentionally confusing fee schedules. Our files were there for years and did not hardly ever pull anything just sitting and it took thousand of dollars to get them destroyed. The high fee was not even the shredding cost that was reasonable. It was some made up fee for deleting from their system, which is definitely a push of a button. -All Florida... read more
