The thing that Regus does best is charge your credit card for your next month's rent 8-10 days before the end of the current month. They even charged the mandatory "restoration" fee (to restore my office back to its supposedly pristine condition) A WEEK BEFORE I moved out rather than deducting the fee from the security deposit of two months' rent that they had held onto for two years. Multiple issues with customer service. Eventually had to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Only two stars because the office Manager who used to run the office, Molly, was wonderful. The current one, Brooke, not so much...
The staff is absolutely amazing, kind, friendly and super helpful!
The folks at Regus go above and beyond to make sure all your office needs are met. Nicole and Ana work tirelessly to ensure that the offices are always at top quality. I would highly recommend Regus to anyone/any company looking for affordable office space with the highest of customer service!!
