The Blue Screen of Death usually spells trouble for any Windows user, or so I’ve heard. In my case, I thought I was a goner because I couldn’t afford to lose any of the data I had on my machine. Foolishly, I hadn’t backed up my stuff in a while so I was pretty apprehensive when the guy from DataRetrieval came and took a look I can thank you guys enough. I had attempted to reformat my hard drive because I was looking to use the newest version of Windows. I accidentally forgot to backup my files and I had assumed that they were gone forever.
