Alan Data Recovery has come through for me twice this year! First, with a Seagate external hard drive that somehow fried during an USB power surge. The second time was when my MacBook Pro had a firmware issue that Apple themselves could not fix. Alan Data Recovery managed to recover my data, and, in the process, they repaired my MacBook Pro!
