Asked if I can get my battery to motherboard cable replaced, I even had the old cable so all I needed the guy to do was order me a cable. Wouldn't do it unless I paid the $59 evaluation. Just give me the cable I have and want I know how to install it, im the one that took it out, computer works fine when plugged in, I replaced the battery, the little cable got messed up is all... tried to explain, but nope, kept interrupting me, cheesy sales-like, I need $59 to look at it.
