I thought this was a local small business establishment. While they did the diagnostic in a timely fashion, at a 80.00 cost, everything else left much to be desired. Poor customer service, way overpriced to fix. $400+ without buying membership and $200+ if i signed up at a cost of $20 bucks a month. Very disappointing
70 bucks to diagnose, and refuses to give a estimates on simple things like replacing a fan. Seems to shady for a computer business that advertises repairing laptops to not have a clue on a rough cost to replace a fan.
Very knowledgeable and was great at explaining everything to me so I could understand. I appreciate his fantastic customer service and work done on my computer
