TL;DR I had my fans replaced for $299 and I think at most it was worth $200. Corporate office and stores are not on the same page regarding policy or pricing. Had my fans replaced on an Alienware laptop. Initial eval fee $59, fans $35, labor $90. All that seemed pretty fair. We’ve had 2 computers repaired at data doctors and they both work better ever. The repairs each time were timely and reasonably priced. And while I don’t WANT to have to use any computer repair service, this one is my go to place when needed.
