I have been to other Dat Dog locations and have fallen in love. This particular location, the staff was preoccupied with a catering order than to the customer in front of them. Rude service, I've worked retail for over 5 years and I know that it is about giving excellent service to the person that is currently in your store rather than a customer you will see in hours. Have more staff on hand if you can't handle both. I will probably not come to this location and will not recommend it.
