Well, it was "as easy as proverbial pie". By the time I returned home from work, Mark had finished installing the unit. Mark seemed to know his trade well. I am grateful. Thank you, Dass Air. Lastly, Mark don't let haters (trolls), change your perspective, they aren't mad at you, they're just unhappy with their life, trust me! Thanks again!!!
Google "Pictures of Mark Chambers Macon Georgia". I couldn't believe what we saw! My wife originally called this company. Mark said he would come see what's wrong with our AC at 10:00 am. He was 6 hours late. He pulled up in a old broken down truck with no signs on it. I stepped outside as soon as he arrived. He saw me and immediately left. Do not do business with Mark Chambers! Dealing with his business was the worst mistake I ever made. Now I see why he had zero good reviews for five years until recently. He just left himself a good review. If that doesn't say it all nothing does. He has been reported to the Better Business Bureau, the FTC, etc. Mr. Chambers will not continue to be rewarded for his wrong doings.
