Abby Ridge in Atlanta Georgia is owned by Damen Residential. They are scammer and crooks. I was allowed to opt out of my lease free of charge due to a fire that was 100% preventable. The faulty old wiring and racoon infestation caused the fired. The residential company left the tenants out for weeks doing nothing. They are now claiming I owe them 2080. Hi, I'm a current resident at Aria Lake Carolina in Columbia, SC. We have been without AC since Saturday, May 21st. We submitted an online maintenance request and informed the office staff on Monday, May 22nd. We were told it would take 1-2 days for the issue to be fixed because the product was not available on-site. Anticipated date of Wednesday. We reached out yesterday (Thursday) with no response.
