I called several time to get some feedback about my Order 940259, for 45 minutes and they kept hanging up on me; really to a bad experience. Need to have a more professional staff that is willing to go beyond your customers expectations; really poor service

really going downhill...bought for years and tried to build relationships but management/the corporate entity itself values no customer or relations. Staff can be extremely rude when calling in and good luck trying to get a status update or anyone to go above and beyond...you will get the bare minimum, if you are lucky. Good employees leave eventually. Sad to see it but I dont think this is a reliable and fast option, there are companies that will do more to really support you and your operation when you need it.
