Professional staff
Avoid using this broker who posts everything from OEM qty wise on the ILS. On top of that, forms out of nowhere that makes no sense and hold up orders. I’ll never be ordering from these clowns again.
Great service and friendly people The place does lack signage because it has the check-in office up front and if your package is small, you will get it from there and it has to be loaded onto a vehicle, they will direct you to a dock. Usually this office is right next to or within the docks, but here the office is up front by the main entrance.
I called several time to get some feedback about my Order 940259, for 45 minutes and they kept hanging up on me; really to a bad experience. Need to have a more professional staff that is willing to go beyond your customers expectations; really poor service
