Dashworks Inc good. There isn't much here. for professional installs. They scratched the paint a little on the 1st install. When I pointed it out to the manager, he offered nothing. 2nd upgrade a few years later same thing but also failed to bolt down my subs as I asked them too. Aside from that My most recent install went beutifully. They fixed the sub box. reinstalled my stereo and even fixed my 12v plugs. I am very happy with the level of service this time around. Buy local Cannot say enough good about the guys at Dashworks. They installed our Pioneer Navi to our complete satisfaction. When we thought we had a rattle they bent over backwards to find it & wasn't even in the unit (very embarrassing, for us) Very knowledgeable, personable, staff. Have called several times with questions on operation of the unit and they are always glad to help. Like buying from small local shops like this. Quality service, quality equipment.
David DIdnt get far with these guys. Called for pricing and they were cocky and arrogant. $100.00 more than compatition and an attitude. Will not do business with these guys ever.
Keep driving down the street to Best Buy... I much prefer Best Buy to these guys. Dashworks won't even install something if you didn't buy it in the store, and let's face it, most of us buy on the internet these days (it's way cheaper!). I asked them to install something I got on the internet for half of what they charge in the store, and they copped an attitude, and said they would only do it for $150 an hour! Best Buy did it for much cheaper, and the employees were nicer.
Very happy with my visit to The Dashworks I'm not sure what everyone else is complaining about. The guys at The Dashworks are very professional and very intelligent about Car Audio. They don't price gouge and they are very good at figuring out what a customer is after. Instead of buying on the internet maybe some of you should invest in your local business' and you will be surprised how well you get taken care of
