Refuse to correct their mistake. This office management is the unltimate worst. I have now been sent to the collection (which will be on my credit report by the end of this month) because the billing section of the office sent my bill, from 2009 to the wrong insurance company. One that I have never had. They refuse to correct their mistake. Beware of this unorganized office they will mess up your credit. It's ashame because the doctors are so nice. They need to revamp support staff or they will take them down.
