They lady working there asked us to go out from the waiting area because she is having lunch. What kind of service is she providing???…whats the point of having the waiting area then…. I understand she is on break but this kind of response is not at all appreciable.

Indian lady working the counter was quite rude and seemed like she didn’t want to be there at all and like she was talking down to us
This place used to be efficient with their pick up times. However, it’s different now every time you go there you must wait at least 10-15 minutes. They need to have more staff to help customers with their deliveries!
