Went for a manicure…I usually go to places with a higher ratings but thought I’d give them a try as they are close to my work. I understand not everyone who lives/works in Canada speaks English. But the lady doing my nails had no idea what I was saying when I asked for square shape. She literally kept shaping them round, I eventually filed them myself. Very happy with my experience. Very skilled and most gentle manicure I've ever had.
though they are nice in this establishment and gave me a little gift for the holidays which i can appreciate…. the man working there should not be. While doing my “manicure” he did not even touch my cuticles and left all my nails at different lengths and not shaped nicely at all. not to mention i didn’t receive a massage nor did my friends afterwards which is a pretty standard thing to receive ( especially at other establishments) when paying for the service of a manicure.
Went here for waxing to try a different place rather than the one I had been going to. Was disappointed on all fronts. They didn’t do a thorough job, took significantly longer, and charged a much higher price. Perhaps they do a better job with nails, but I wouldn’t recommend their waxing services.
