I paid $50, and the nails chipped off the next day in the shower. The nail polish was not applied smoothly. I am very good at painting nails, but I decided to come in for a treat. They did not use the right technique and the nail polish was old. It was a waste of money! Plus, they speak very poor English and speak their language in front of customers. All things together made this one of the worst experiences ever. I will not be back.

I got a full acrylic French tip set with gold chrome at Dashing Nails on June 7 and paid $100, keeping in mind that chrome alone is a $20 add-on. Shockingly, the chrome started peeling off the tips of my nails the very next day — and this was the morning of my graduation (June 9). I was beyond upset. I brought my best friend with me and even recommended this salon to her, which makes this even more disappointing. She had gel nails on and needed them removed before getting her acrylics. I went for a pedicure today and it was not worth the $48. When I got home, I realized I still had rough heels and calluses, and I still had the scrub on parts of my legs. I’ll be going back to Lumi Nails next time as they offer far superior service, do a much better job, and are less expensive.

This is probably my 4th or 5th time coming to Dashing Nails — honestly I’ve lost count at this point because they’re just that amazing. I originally found them on TikTok and I’m so glad I did! They always get my nail shape exactly how I want it and do such an incredible job every single time. I’ve been to a lot of nail salons before where my nails end up crooked or I leave with cuts from the drill, but the team here is so gentle and genuinely caring. I’ve never left disappointed. I took my son for a mani and pedi here and they treated us poorly. They were rude and disorganized, even though I called in advance and booked an appointment for us to be serviced at the same time, they don’t talk to you clearly instead they speak their language between them in front of you. They lack basic customer service and communication skills. On top of that, they messed my manicure by spraying alcohol after finishing. I don’t recommend them and won’t be coming back again.
