I came in the other day to get a manicure and I had a frustrating experience. The first person who did my nails cut some of my nails down after I told her I just wanted them shaped and not short. She didn’t understand me and this went back and forth for about 10 minutes until I requested for someone else kindly. The next person filed my nails down extremely thin. Had the WORST pedicure. The cuticle was barely pushed. My heels and toes weren’t cleaned well at all and had so much old skin on!! I was lucky that I lived close by, so I hurried home while the skin on my feet still soft and did what they supposed to do. I prefer a good clean instead of the pleasure of massage.
THEY DON'T ANSWER THEIR PHONE OR IF THEY ANSWER, THEY WILL PRESS THE NUMBER PAD THEN HANG UP THE PHONE. VERY RUDE!!!!
I had such a wonderful experience! I showed my inspiration picture, and not only did she recreate exactly what I wanted, but Tammy also shared some great ideas that made the final look even better. The salon is spacious, beautiful, and very welcoming. All of the nail technicians are incredibly sweet, friendly, and talented. I couldn’t be happier with my nails and will definitely be back!
I did a walk-in yesterday. The salon is very nice and spacious! I’m so happy with my nails!! She did amazing job.
