The refrigerator had become much louder than usual, so we scheduled a service visit. The technician identified the problem quickly, completed the repair efficiently, and restored quiet operation. Great customer service and quality workmanship.
Two appliances down, one visit to fix them both , that kind of efficiency is appreciated. Each repair explained separately, both handled with care. Washer and dryer both back in action. Professional the entire time, and thorough with the details.
Laundry day turns into a much bigger problem than it needs to be when the washer won't drain. He came out, found the issue without dragging out the diagnosis, and had everything draining properly again quickly. Polite and professional the whole time, and took a moment to explain what had actually caused it. Reliable, efficient, and the kind of help that actually solves the problem.
It was a problem with reliably firing of two burners on my Viking rangetop and one burner that wouldn't come to a flame. The technician thoroughly cleansed and changed out the ignition system's spark module. As a courtesy, he also tested all of the other burners. Now it works to perfection and he supplied me with some great advices on how to keep the rangetop in good shape. Excellent service, much appreciated.
