No matter where I have had my hair styled in the past, I have always had to struggle when styling it myself just to get it to look halfway decent. Wayne showed me that the right cut and color make all the difference. Now, my hair looks EXACTLY how I want it to, and there is no work needed to style it. I'm constantly getting compliments on my hair, and I tell them that Wayne is the genius behind it!
Had an appointment scheduled months in advance for 10 am Wednesday got a text Amy was running 15 minutes late. I arrived at 10:05am, she never showed up for my appointment would not respond to texts or calls. I waited until 11:35am. She finally texted back at 9:13PM NOT Acceptable, very unprofessional. She agree to work me in Saturday since she missed the appointment but then Reneged on that appointment and said the earliest she could do would be June 26th. BUYER BEWARE
Update: I have now been going to Wayne for my hair services for a year and a half. My hair hasn't been this healthy since I was a pre-teen. I used to not be able to wear my hair down for more than 20 minutes without it getting tangled and matted, now I can sleep with my hair down and it only needs a 5 minute brush in the morning. However, I rarely only brush it for 5 minutes because Wayne has made my hair so enjoyable to handle and play with that I often spend a few minutes after brushing just unnecessarily smoothing my hair... read more
