Best nail salon ever!!!
Originally was impressed with service. I had to reschedule 2 appointments with notice during rescheduling nothing was mentioned during the call I arrive and once they are ready for me they tell me they just implemented a new cancellation policy not posted anywhere and I was the first one it applied to I guess I was then told I would be required to pay for the cancelled visit. It felt very targeted as the day I cancelled one of the stylists posted on Facebook regarding cancellations. I have no issue with a cancellation policy... read more
