The absolute worst. If I could give him a zero star rating I would. This clown provided zero service, tons of childish attitude and over priced rates! How do you overprice on a standard FEMA bill? Not sure, but Scott found a way. Instead of verifying my permanent residence status, he decided to charge me an extra $250 saying this was a secondary home.
