Unfortunately this place has permanently closed due to Meta giving John Bek, the property owner, an eviction notice. As of July 3rd, the doors have been shut and the building slowly being scrapped. I've only recently started going here in May and have been 6 times since they closed. A true gemstone hidden among restaurants. I hope John and his wife will be okay in their future endeavors.

Dashi will be closing its doors permanently on July 3, 2026 because the owner exercised his 1st Amendment of Freedom of Speech on how Meta screwed up his restaurant business over the years and Meta is evicting him. Please help to voice your opinion on what Meta is doing in the community of Menlo Park by buying out neighboring businesses properties and running them out of business.
