Not happy with service. I communicated well on the importance of having my speedometer done and shipped back promptly in time for a 5000 mile trip. When the finished the $150 service they wanted $65 S & H for something that cost me $10 to ship to them. When I questioned them they said I could provide them a label instead . I did so on a Thursday telling them it needed to be shipped Friday but they did not ship Friday. I had to take my trip without a speedometer.
Total scam artists, they are selling on eBay to under user name "DASHBOARD INSTRUMENT CLUSTER MIAMI" He sold us defective cluster which we paid over $800 then after we returned item he kept over $400 restocking fee. We left him Negative feedback and that mysteriously despaired. I do not recommend them, they run a shady business! VERY unprofessional and dishonest, trying to take advantage of people.
Wow was that a quick turnaround. Great communication from beginning inquiries and questions to the phone call to me with questions they had for my cluster to the detailed tracking when shipped back. I will certainly contact these guys first if I ever need an instrument cluster repaired or replaced. Thank you.
Really glad I found Miami Speedometer. My dash wasn’t working at all – no speed, no gas, nothing. My regular mechanic said he couldn’t fix it. These guys explained everything in a way I could understand and they actually came to me to fix it. Matt showed up on time, super nice guy and did exactly what he said. Everything works perfect now. Highly recommend them!
When I first saw the reviews of this store I was kinda hesitant to send my Case Loader Insturment cluster. I’ve spoke to one of their representatives and was kinda delighted of how professional and supportive they were. I ended up sending my 2006 Case 621D IC and they repaired it in full. It’s now working and fully functional. Couldn’t be happier. Thanks.
