They did a great job, good price for great work. They fixed my 2005 Ducati 999r instrument cluster LCD screen when everyone else I called said it couldn’t be done. The communication on delays could have been a bit better, but they always were quick to reply once I reached out and asked about my clusters progress. I sent them a clean cluster but came back looking even newer than new. Very pleased with the outcome.
I would not send anything here ever again!!! They do not take credit card as payment. Which is not stated on the web site. I didn’t know that until they sent the invoice. Which is where the overprice comes into play. They don’t quote you freight and knowing what I paid to ship it there the $100 they tried to charge me was wayyyyy too much!!!! Work was done properly, and fast but at a high cost. Luckily the location was not far from me.
Great service and communication. We recommend them and will use them again in the future.
