We sent in a dash from a Case loader to have water damage diagnosed and receive a repair estimate. Before sending it, we specifically confirmed with Joe that the unit would be diagnosed and that we would be contacted with pricing before any repair work was performed. After two weeks, we received a call stating they had already attempted to diagnose and repair the dash but were unable to fix it.
