Got my nails done yesterday before going on my trip - I have been going here since they opened, took a break and eventually came back because they always have availability. I’m highly upset and disappointed with the service. My nail tech finished my no chip nails, filed them around the bottoms, didn’t brush the excess polish crumbs that she filed off and painted another clear coat on my already finished nails before asking me to place them under the lamp again. Came in for a regular no chip manicure. Michael convinced me to try dip on my natural nails and I am glad I did! He did a great job, he took his time, and was knowledgeable. I’ll be coming back to see him.
