I’m really unsatisfied with my service. I did come an hour before closing time, so I understand them wanting to rush and leave but the service that I paid and was charged for wasn’t the service that I asked for and if i’m paying my hard earned money I rightfully expect to leave with the service I asked for. I always enjoy coming here. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and always willing to accommodate. I’ve visited frequently enough that they recognize me by name, which makes the experience feel even more personal.
