Today oct 9 at 6:00 Am i had a terrible experience i went to get something to eat dash in is 24 hrs theres a worker there named Shawn he told me that he wasnt gonna cook looked at my order and said IAM NOT GONNA DO THAT !!! i asked him why and he said because iam not doing that why work then if you are not gonna do your JOB !!!! the stove was still dirty and he wasnt doing nothing at all he needs to learn how to treat customers !!!!!
Manager is not knowledgeable about a pos system whatsoever, poor employee asked him how to input a visa gift card knowing both were down. He just told her na we can't do it, so I had t ok use my last 20 for my lunch because of lack of knowledge or training. Maybe laziness, but I'll never get gas or whatever from there again, plus my gift card can't work bc it was bent by employee. It's all good, bad customer service all around 000000
