John evaluated the situation and explained the problems to me in terms I could understand. He also gave me more than one option or solution for addressing the issues. After he completed his work, he took the time to explain and show what he had done to fix the problem. He genuinely wanted to make sure I was satisfied with the work he had done. Not only was John professional while working but he was also very courteous. Thank you for a great job!

When our garage door opener broke, Dash Garage Entrance Services was able to schedule us for same-day service. I think they had us fixed and working in less than 4 hours from the door breaking. Pretty impressive. The service team that did the work was great to work with and informative! Highly recommended.

Rachel in the office was very proficient and conversant. The installer showed up on time and did not waste time getting the job done. He also offered great tips on maintenance. The price for the garage service was evenhanded. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service! Greatly endorsed!

The office staff was kind and knowledgeable. Then she scheduled me promptly which was amazing. The tech called me to let me know my time window and arrived right on. He was prompt and efficient and answered all my questions. Would highly recommend! 5 stars!
