Too bad they were not open @ 7:15 this morning. Dash contacted me and claimed the late opening was caused by an equipment malfunction. I am upgrading my rating as the folks there are very nice and friendly. I tried again yesterday with my truck, but my AUTOSITY Running Board on the driver side was bent beyond repair as shown on attached photos. Dash advised me that they do not accept responsibility of any damage to aftermarket accessories. Good to know, since I just bought a bug deflector.
Eric's customer service skills are awesome. He was so helpful today.
