They cannot resolve billing issues between the insurance providers they procure and the business client. For weeks I'd been asking them repeatedly for information on where to submit my renewal payment and they skirt the issue and never get me the info I need as coverage expiration draws near, taking a lot of my unpaid time going in circles with them. Very inept company.

I was with this company for several years with three policies. The first issue that came up the whole company just ignored me and refused to correct it. I canceled all my policies with Dasco. I can't even deal with the insurance company directly they sold me a policy with because they don't have working phone numbers that you can connect with a real human. Matt from Dasco really helped us out when we needed to get new insurance to cover our home and car. Quotes were quick, getting set up was quick and communication was excellent!
