Zack at the Westerville location is truly the best.I can be a piece of work at times and in all the years that Dasco have been servicing me, Zack have always been professional, empathetic and has gone above and beyond to resolve all issues, complaints and concerns. I would give a negative star but it wouldn’t let me. I got a knee brace and was told it was less than $200.00 after insurance so I said ok then two months later I got a bill for $308.00 and was told that the insurance doesn’t pay that and I had too so never again and the brace didn’t help also they sell it on Amazon cheaper.

I spoke with someone at DASCO named Ashley and she was very rude to my mother and I. I had simple questions, and she couldn't be bothered to answer a single one.

I have been trying to help my daughter return a CPM  for over a year with no result.  She hasn’t received an EOB stating insurance was billed and calls are never returned. I was on hold for over 10 minutes today and if this continues I will be placing this machine at the curb for scrappers.  You should not even be in a patient oriented business  Deb Q

We had an employee take time out of his Easter Sunday to provide exceptional care for my mother. Rodney went above and beyond to make sure we were able to have some semblance of a normal Easter with my mom on her oxygen. We are so thankful for employees like Rodney who go out of their way to ensure patients like my mom are taken care of.

Sitting in traffic at a red light. The road was ending so there were two lanes, one to turn left and the other to turn right. Their driver sped through the right turn lane to cut me off in the left turn lane. Then he got impatient and tried to turn around using a private drive. He failed at that so he backed up into oncoming traffic so he wouldn’t lose his spot in stopped traffic. Later on he used another private drive to turn around, this time being successful. Since I can not give them a minus star. Their customer service id horrid they never call you back. I've been trying to get them to send paperwork to my insurance company since 11/2020. I'm still trying to get them to send the paperwork. I would not tell people to use them.

Stay away from these people. I've needed a nebulizer for 4 weeks but they won't deliver it even after the doctor called them.
