My Grandmother lives in one of their homes they manage, they are very nice and helpful at the main office on South Park Ave. No major issues that I can recall. She has been a tenant for 12 yrs now and very much enjoys living there. As long as you follow the rules and maintain your home inside and out you will have no issues.

Worst place to be renting from they’re not professional nor responsible with their tenants. I’m never renting from this people again.
