My Mk6 GTI was misfiring pretty bad so I reached out to Dad Autowerks for some insight. After changing the plugs myself and still having the issue, he recommended a carbon cleaning and offered to fit me in between jobs, and get me done within a week despite being super busy. We pushed to the following week and I was back on the road. Great service and they even offer a military discount! Thanks!
