Poor service from the mechanic. Arrived in a timely fashion and sit for four hours waiting for the car to be repaired. After four hours the mechanic informed me. The day before he said the installation would take 2 to 2 1/2 hours. Overpriced, no discounts for senior citizens, no discounts for AARP, no discounts for AAA. I will never utilize this service again. It cost me over $2000, having to get a ride to work due to not having a vehicle to be used by the company the front office personnel was wonderful.
This place was great when there were only Asian guys working there. Now you got two Americans working the office. They are not nice. Always have attitude and tells me they are too busy to fix anything. I found a cheaper and cooler Asian mechanics at Elkridge. Goodluck.
I had been using DAS Auto for many years. Their service was always great, prices were reasonable, and I felt they were honest. I referred many people to them. Unfortunately, when I sent my daughters friend to them, he had a very different experience. His car broke down and was towed to the AAA Repair Shop who said he needed a new engine. I told him to take it to DAS Auto and see if they could fix it without replacing the engine. They said they could fix the car.
