The only local auto repair I found willing to install a customer purchased part. Other repair services were downright rude in their refusal even though it was a genuine Honda part. DAS installed the part quickly and were super nice about it. Great customer service, fast, competent. As far as I'm concerned, I've found my new mechanics.
I was stranded on E at the gas station because my car fuel door would not open. I noticed there was a body shop behind it so I took my chances and went over there to ask for help. The amazing gentleman at the front desk came to my rescue. He had to break the fuel door latch (with my permission), but man did he save me! Might not seem like much, but I was stuck and on the verge of tears! I really appreciate his willingness to help me and get me on my way.
I payed $1580, just yesterday. To fix an oil leak and a ticking sound in the engine. They only did half of the work engine still makes noise, charged me $400 extra from the initially cost which was supposed to be $1380. And the engine light came back on a few hours after driving away from their Shop. I suggest that everyone make sure issues are trully fixed and crack down on their prices.
Kudos to the ones who received good customer service and satisfied services because that isn't what we received. I don't like leaving poor reviews, and it is disappointing that I’m doing this. We took my mom there two weeks ago, and can you believe she got it back today, 2/25? She only needed an ignition replacement. It took days for them to look at the car (due to the weather, so that was understandable), and then they said the part would take a week to come.
