After a few failed attempts to conduct DIY repairs because I lacked tools to remove rusted screws on my old Honda, I found myself at Das Auto Repair Center after being quoted much higher prices at two other auto centers. The front desk was extremely transparent with labor costs and the work required (which I already had a rough idea of going into the shop), and service was extremely professional and timely. They know how to fix cars. I’ve used them a few times. Trustworthy. I feel confident with their service. They communicate clearly. They go over details and take time to answer questions. Will continue to use their services
Don’t come here if your a car guy.
Poor service from the mechanic. Arrived in a timely fashion and sit for four hours waiting for the car to be repaired. After four hours the mechanic informed me. The day before he said the installation would take 2 to 2 1/2 hours. Overpriced, no discounts for senior citizens, no discounts for AARP, no discounts for AAA. I will never utilize this service again. It cost me over $2000, having to get a ride to work due to not having a vehicle to be used by the company the front office personnel was wonderful.
