Excellent care from staff and Doctors, couldn't be happier, very grateful
My entire experience with Dr Hutchinson and his staff was excellent. I was well informed of what to expect and of outcomes. Their teamwork was superior.
I have only had great experiences with Dr. Hutchinson. He and is NP Danielle are very responsive and compassionate. His knowledge of cutting edge technology literally saved my life!
Dr. was very professional and answered all my questions. My colonoscopy and endoscopy was done in a timely fashion. I am very happy with my care.
Was completely prompt and Dr. Was on time. Dr.Hutchinson explained that he didn't want me walking out confused and explained step by step approach and process of elimination to me. I walked out feeling better and having an understanding of what was going on and the plan of action.
Dr. Hutchinson has always been patient focused, explains things plainly so that he is sure you understand, and takes the time to make sure that you fully understand what your treatment plan is and how it will effect the symptoms you have, and what side effects it might cause.I met him on an emergency basis and was lucky he was the Dr. on call. I trust him completely, and I have never had to wait a long time on the phones, plus they have online patient portal.
Staff doesn’t seem to care if people are waiting on the phone holding for 11 minutes.
It took 11 minutes to get through to office staff two days prior to my procedure. Not very happy!
Diagnosed microscopic colitis correctly. Prescibed Budesonide. Did not follow up side effects.. Budesonide destroyed adrenal glands.
