Continues to not accept my calls and cancels appointments. Horrible staff. Reporting this practice and Dr. who is responsible for the practice to Department of Public Health.
I've been suffering from migraines for years. Dr. Story and his staff could not be more helpful and caring.
I AGREE!!! Dr. Story, your good enough but you truly need to find a new reception person.Kathy is so aggressively rude my jaw was hanging open in shock of how I was spoken too. Perhaps she should be a patient.
