I went for consultation and he doesn’t care about the patient! He only care about money and make you wear a mask , very cold no personality and doesn’t care ! Horrible experience !

I had cataract surgery in 2024. First eye I had done early in the morning with no issues. When I went back several weeks later to have the 2nd eye done, my appt was right after lunch and it was chaos. Staff running all over the place trying to keep up with the conveyer belt of patients moving in and out. They failed. I laid there for so long the anesthesia wore off while I was waiting to be wheeled in. Cataract surgery performed by Dr Pfister on Monday, March 22nd. Horrible experience! According to overheard conversation, capillaries were cut while making incision which led to bleeding and severe bruising which, as of 8 days later, is still heavy. The bruising and bleeding, not only affected the eye being operated on, but the right eye as well. There was zero concern and /or follow up by any of the Southwestern Eye people.
