From the start Daryl went out of his way to help us find a cabin near Bryce Canyon. He looked up ones that met our basic needs. Took a day or two to zero on the one we wanted. He negotiated the price down for us and locked in on one! The process after that went quickly and we ended up purchasing it at a very low rate! Very professional, friendly and responsive! We love the cabin and have made it our own to build family memories in!
Daryl has been phenomenal! My wife and I had an incredibly excellent and smooth experience working with him in buying our first home. We did not know Daryl before choosing him as our agent (he was recommended by a friend), but we have had such a good experience working with him. Daryl is a good friend now. He is never pushy and is always supportive. We will recommend all our friends and family to him.
