They have changed providers recently and refuse to allow patients to have copies of their dental records. They have also rescheduled my appointment twice due to an error on their part. My tooth is cracked and they expected me to wait a week and a half for an appointment. I waited and they still wanted me to reschedule. (hence the reason for wanting my dental record, this can't wait any longer).
