Not sure what the point of an appointment is if they’re going to make you wait 2.5 hours to be seen. Radiology is somehow separated from the practice so you have to pay two copays to get a full service. I had to explain multiple times to the doctor why I was there so I imagine staff either didn’t update my chart or he didn’t read it. Strange bedside manner upon entering the room and meeting me. If you care for you or your pregnancy PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE. I was there for few first months of my pregnancy and cried almost after every visit. The wait is 1-2 hours idk why they even sign you up for appointment. The waiting room is like from a horror movie dirty, dark, wires sticking out, the equipment is outdated to the point that once a nurse was looking for heart beat for 20min and then left me saying omg I can't find it, which freaked me out truly. My caretaker is Jennifer Gleason at Union obgyn .she is wonderful . But the rest of the staff are not . All they worry about is getting paid even though I supplied adequate insurance ..cards .they insisted I sign another form for me to pay in case insurance doesn't not and refused to see me if I did not I would be responsible for another copay . Got me all upset and I was ready to leave Mrs boffard and all the women with her .
I love Dr. Boffard, he is the best! He delivered my youngest son 24yrs, and he was amazing! His staff was amazing, as well!
