I was referred to Dr. Boffard for a D&E following a miscarriage and would never return to his office for any reason. I don't think I can even fully verbalize my entirely negative experience but his bedside manner is poor-he is abrupt and provides little to no explanation of procedures. The office itself is poorly maintained, with water-damaged/moldy ceilings and outdated equipment, and appointments involve excessive wait times of 1-2 hours in the waiting room. RUN and don’t look back!!! My experience with this practice was extremely disappointing. From start to finish, there was a clear lack of compassion and professionalism, particularly from the front office and support staff. In a setting where patients are often dealing with emotionally difficult and sensitive situations, the tone was cold, dismissive, and at times outright indifferent. Dr. Boffard delivered my baby via c-section and the after care experience was terrible. The front desk staff aren’t nice at all. I am not sure if it’s due to my demographic, but these people care zero about their patients. Reina or however her name is spelled is awful. and they lack the basic customer service skills. They are in the business for the money; not for patient care.
Extreamly unresponsive office. Rude. Uncaring.
Dr. Boffard was very helpful and professional. He made me feel comfortable and really listened to my concerns. I appreciate how caring he was and how much he helped me when others couldn’t. I’m very thankful for his care.
