It really bothers me when you have an appointment and you sit and wait for an hour or longer nobody never comes and tell you that they running behind, but if you’re late, they make you reschedule and charge you and when you use the automated system to confirm an appointment and you have such an issue with it like you timed out it took you too long if you have a live person, you wouldn’t have to go through that
