I'm give you a trainer when you first start the gym and will show you how to use the gym equipment properly and the check your weight and fat connence every 3 months and it's a clean and safe place to workout at.
Great personnel and very laid back atmosphere. No body shaming what-so ever. All members are very friendly and cheerful. It’s like walking into a gym version of “Cheers”
Great staff, nice atmosphere
I've been training at this gym on and off for 30+ years. It caters to patrons off all shapes and sizes but everyone there is friendly, warm, and serious about their fitness. Ross Conti has created an ethos and atmosphere that can't be beat.
