Hands down the worst rental experience I’ve ever had. Shortly after moving in, the oven didn’t work. I submitted documentation and had to call every week for almost two months before it was finally fixed. Then the water heater failed, flooding the entire garage and damaging my belongings. They sent someone who bypassed the water heater, leaving us without hot water.
