The service was excellent felt very comfortable
I had a wonderful experience with Dr Josh, my dentist. I have very sensitive teeth, and he was incredibly gentle and attentive throughout the appointment. He thoughtfully applied cottonwood and a numbing agent along my gums before starting the cleaning, which made the whole process much more comfortable. Dr Josh was also very communicative, explaining each step as he worked and providing informative insights about the current state of my teeth. I felt well cared for and fully informed. I had a dental appointment yesterday with Dr Joshua and I couldn't recommend him and the team at Darwin Smiles enough. Joshua was incredibly polite, gentle, and made me feel so comfortable throughout the entire visit. As someone who is quite scared of dentists, this meant so much to me. He took his time, explained things clearly, and made the whole experience far less intimidating. Thank you, Dr Joshua, for such kind and reassuring care.
I've got a few weird sensitivities around common dental products/ingredients and have felt dismissed or been outright ignored by other dental practices, here however I felt both understood and respected 🙏🏼so thank you
