Let me be clear — this review is for Darwin Homes, because even though you don’t own Adoor Property Management, you manage their entire portfolio. That makes Adoor a direct reflection of Darwin, and everything I’ve experienced under Adoor’s management is a failure that falls on you. If I could give zero stars, I would. In today’s economy, where people are doing their best to stay afloat, you would think a property management company would show some level of understanding. Unfortunately, that’s not the case with this company. They are completely unreasonable when it comes to payment arrangements—no flexibility, no compassion, and absolutely no willingness to work with tenants who hit a rough patch. So these people communication is very bad went to see a home and the lady never gave a code to see the home that is very scamming to me and after sending numerous emails to them to cancel my application due to the lack of communication they processed everything anyway for section 8.like wow so not cool and the lady had the nerve to have an attitude with me like really.
