Don’t get me wrong The house is beautiful We got all the appliances except for the laundry room and everything works great. Coming from AREO Townhomes This seemed like luxury, Until we decided to get a washer and dryer hooked up. We got the units ourselves because they said that they wouldn’t provide them Which is understandable. But when it came time for the installation We left the dryer for the professionals to hook up And stupidly, we decided to hook up our own washer. Terrible experience trying to get anything to be fixed. Lease was transferred to Darwin 2 days before I moved in and I’ve had the worst time trying to contact them and get anything to be fixed. They added charges I was unaware of to my lease and say they cant do anything about it. This place is not professional and stay away from the headache that comes with working with them.
Worst company I’ve ever rented from!!! Zero communication, horrible service, and lack of accountability!! Do not rent from them!!!! Horrible!!!!!!! Awful!!! Run….. don’t do it!
48 hours later and we are still sitting here waiting for a response from “maintenance “ WITH A HUGE TREE ON THE HOME. THESE PEOPLE ARE ABHORRENT. 99% chance you will need an attorney to deal with anything, with these people. Just don’t do it
RUN AWAAAAAY! i intentionally did not rent a home from this company only for the property i was renting from to turn around and change to darwin homes. not even 1 month in and ive been falsely accused of violating HOA rule which I have NOT. when you call the help line they basically tell you "oh sorry but yea im the only person you can talk to and i can only message somebody about your problems" RIDICULOUS!!!
