I see so many bad reviews. I still took a chance and I’ve been living in my home for 3 months. My home is beautiful the move in was good. Home and appliances were clean. Had a problem with my toilet and maintenance came in two days on time. I’m very pleased don’t let the reviews discourage you.

Horrible company to deal with, no one to actually talk to when a problem arises. Rent from Invitation Homes instead way better experience.
Don’t get me wrong The house is beautiful We got all the appliances except for the laundry room and everything works great. Coming from AREO Townhomes This seemed like luxury, Until we decided to get a washer and dryer hooked up. We got the units ourselves because they said that they wouldn’t provide them Which is understandable. But when it came time for the installation We left the dryer for the professionals to hook up And stupidly, we decided to hook up our own washer.
