Don’t get me wrong The house is beautiful We got all the appliances except for the laundry room and everything works great. Coming from AREO Townhomes This seemed like luxury, Until we decided to get a washer and dryer hooked up. We got the units ourselves because they said that they wouldn’t provide them Which is understandable. But when it came time for the installation We left the dryer for the professionals to hook up And stupidly, we decided to hook up our own washer. Terrible experience trying to get anything to be fixed. Lease was transferred to Darwin 2 days before I moved in and I’ve had the worst time trying to contact them and get anything to be fixed. They added charges I was unaware of to my lease and say they cant do anything about it. This place is not professional and stay away from the headache that comes with working with them.
